Ingredients

  • 12 corn tortillas

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (or beef, pork, or beans)

  3. Top with sauce and cheese: Pour remaining sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

  4. Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with sour cream, rice, or beans.

Tips for Easy Enchiladas
